Marketing and the tyranny of the tangible
'What's your strategy?' has been replaced by 'What's your digital strategy?' or worse 'What's your social media strategy?'
The fact that you can measure everything online (or believe you can if you trust the metrics you see from the walled gardens) has in the past decade made holistic thinking about the problem at hand seemingly irrelevant.
